Ali Jaffer who has a PGCE and a Masters degree in Performance Coaching. Ali believes team spirit is essential in cricket and if it is developed early enough it will help kids when they step up from junior to senior cricket. Ali who played first class cricket for Karachi Whites in Pakistan is a firm believer that this can be the difference in winning and losing!

Pranab Samanth, an ECB Level 2 certified coach and former professional cricketer, specialises in batting and spin bowling coaching.
With tailored sessions, he focuses on technique, stroke play, and mental approach for batting, while emphasising grip, flight, and turn for spin bowling. Pranab’s holistic approach to player development, coupled with values like discipline and sportsmanship, ensures comprehensive growth. Gary Butcher, ex-Surrey and Glamorgan County Cricketer, enriches AJ Coaching Cricket Academy with his extensive cricketing experience.
With a decade-long career, Gary provides expertise and a wealth of knowledge in batting, bowling and fielding. He is highly experienced in group and team coaching and able to develop players both technically and mentally.
Gary’s dynamic sessions prioritise individualised guidance, fostering skills and values essential for success both on and off the field. Gary’s passion for nurturing young talent ensures that players not only excel in cricket but also grow into well-rounded individuals, embodying AJ Coaching’s commitment to excellence.
